LIMITLESS GLOBAL PARTNERS – CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
By signing below, you agree to participate in the Limitless Capital Execution Program provided by Limitless Global Partners ("Company").
1. SERVICES
The Company provides business consulting, funding strategy, and capital readiness services. The Company does not guarantee funding approvals, specific amounts, or outcomes. All funding decisions are made solely by third-party financial institutions.
2. FEES
Client agrees to pay a non-refundable onboarding fee of either $2,000 (full payment) or $1,000 (split start), depending on the selected payment option.
If Client selects the split payment option, the remaining balance of $1,000 must be paid prior to continuation of services or upon the first funding approval, whichever occurs first.
3. SUCCESS FEE
Client agrees to pay a success fee equal to 10% of all funding approvals, credit lines, or capital secured during the engagement period.
This includes any funding obtained directly or indirectly through strategies, recommendations, or guidance provided by the Company.
Client further agrees that this obligation applies to any funding obtained within 24 months of engagement that is reasonably connected to the strategies, positioning, or advisory services provided by the Company.
4. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Client authorizes the Company to charge any payment method provided (including credit card or bank account) for agreed-upon services and fees.
Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file and understands that failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
- Follow all reasonable instructions and funding strategies provided by the Company
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the process
- Not engage in conflicting funding strategies without disclosure
Client further agrees to provide full transparency throughout the funding process. This includes providing copies, screenshots, or forwarded communications of all application outcomes, including approvals, denials, credit limits, and funding amounts.
Client agrees to promptly submit proof of all funding decisions, including approval letters, denial notices, and account details upon request.
Client agrees to participate in verification calls (including phone, Zoom, FaceTime, or video calls) as reasonably requested by the Company for the purpose of confirming funding activity, approvals, and account status.
6. FUNDING DISCLOSURE & REPORTING
Client agrees to fully disclose all funding activity, including applications submitted, approvals received, denials, credit limits, and funding amounts.
Failure to disclose funding activity or provide verification upon request may result in immediate suspension of services and enforcement of all applicable fees under this agreement.
7. NON-CIRCUMVENTION & CONTINUITY
Client agrees not to use the Company’s strategies, recommendations, lender guidance, or funding structure to independently pursue funding while avoiding payment of agreed fees.
Client acknowledges that attempting to bypass, avoid, or circumvent the Company after receiving strategic guidance constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
Client agrees that all funding obtained during the engagement period and for a period of 24 months thereafter, which is connected to the Company’s advisory services, remains subject to the agreed success fee.
8. NO GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER
Client understands that funding approvals are not guaranteed and are dependent on lender criteria, credit profile, financial history, and external factors beyond the Company’s control.
9. REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be held liable for denied applications, reduced approvals, lender decisions, or financial outcomes resulting from third-party institutions.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement represents the full understanding between Client and Company and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
